Participants will be able to:- understand the New Leadership Paradigm and what is expected of Specialist Doctors
- improve self-awareness through analysing the clinician’s style
- using psychometric tests
- explore personal values and integrity and demonstrate ways to improve personal effectiveness
- learn how to manage time effectively and successful stress management techniques
- understand how to make correct career decisions both now and in the future
- understand how to develop their CV and interview skills
- present themselves effectively
- build, manage and sustain teams
- demonstrate political astuteness and effective influencing
This is a 3-day programme, run on consecutive days.
